Welcome to Mobile Bidding for the JDRF Promise Gala! To begin mobile bidding, click the personal URL link that was emailed and/or texted to you.

• It is important that if you receive a text/email from us with a link to bid that you use that link only and do not sign up as a bidder on the mobile bidding website.
• Do not share your personal bidding link as it is linked to your account only..
• Once inside the mobile bidding platform, to view the Menu of Auction Categories click the symbol of three lines in the top left hand corner of the screen. Select the category you would like to view by clicking on the category name.
• With so many amazing auction items available for bidding, it may take the bidding platform a moment to load more auction items. As you scroll please give the system a few moments to load more items once you arrive at the bottom of the page. 
• To view an item, click on it. Once you have clicked the item you will be able to see the starting or current bid, the market value, the donor, description and any restrictions.
• To place a bid on an item, click on the blue bar that says "Bid" to place an outright bid or "Bid More" to place a Max bid. As others bid on the item you will receive text messages/emails alerting you that to win the item you must bid again.
• To view items you are currently bidding on and items you have favorited click on the symbol of three lines in the top left hand corner of the screen.
• To purchase sweepstakes or other multi-sale tickets, click on the multi-sale category after you click on the symbol of three lines in the top left hand corner of the screen.
